ОСНОВИ НА ЛИДЕРСТВОТО (4 месеца)
В първите четири месеца участниците преминават през интензивно обучение, което полага стабилна основа за изграждането на зрели, отговорни и вдъхновяващи лидери. Фокусът е върху:
РЕАЛИЗИРАНЕ НА ПРОЕКТИ (2 месеца за стажанти на място)
След стабилната теоретична основа следват два месеца, посветени изцяло на практика. Участниците са водени от своите ментори и активно се включват и ръководят реални проекти и служения, според своите дарби и призвание, като:

Maksim Asenov is an author, speaker, life coach, and entrepreneur. He is the founder of the fastest-growing Protestant community in Bulgaria, "Awakening Church." He has undergone various trainings and is currently completing his master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Oral Roberts University.
Theodora Asenova is the co-founder of "Awakening Church," which she leads alongside her husband, Pastor Maxim Asenov. One of her main life goals is to reach people and help them discover and manifest their many gifts, so they can live a much happier and more meaningful life. This is also the reason she created the "Summer" movement.
Tim Storey is a globally recognized author, speaker, and life coach, known as the "Mentor to Hollywood Stars." He is a regular guest at Grant Cardone's "10X" conference and has delivered lectures in over 75 countries. He is renowned as the mentor to Robert Downey Jr., Kanye West, Oprah Winfrey, Quincy Jones, and many others.
A leader at "Awakening Church," he has a degree in Business Administration from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) and a master's degree in Financial Management and Marketing from VUZF University. He works as a team leader at a large international technology company.
Assistant Pastor at "Awakening Church" and Dean of the "Awakening" Academy. A certified coach and HR specialist, he holds a bachelor's degree in Leadership Studies from Oral Roberts University.

The training lasts 4 months, започвайки от 4 октомври 2025 г. със специално събитие по повод откриването на новата учебна година и продължава до края на месец януари. За стажантите на място са предвидени допълнителни 2 месеца, в които те ще имат възможност да реализират своите финални проекти.
Лидерски институт “Пробуждане” се провежда every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The training is available either in-person or online, depending on the student's preference.
Изучават се основи на лидерството, като се поставят различни предизвикателства, тестове и практически задачи. Стажантите на място имат задължителен седмичен стаж, в който участват активно в процесите на “Църква Пробуждане”, партнират с главните лидери и прилагат всичко научено на практика.
