Christianity is divided into 3 main branches - Protestantism, Catholicism and Orthodoxy. The main difference between Protestants, Catholics and Orthodox is not in what we believe, but in how we express our faith. The Reformation was the beginning of Protestantism. It originated in Western Europe in the 16th century, its main distinguishing feature being a return to the Bible as the main source of authority and authenticity. There are over 2.6 billion Christians in the world, of which 1.3 billion are Catholics, 900 million are Protestants, and 260 million are Orthodox.
Church of the Awakening is unique in that it is funded entirely by the voluntary, generous donations of its members and visitors. We have no foreign sponsors and never have.
For us, the supernatural is natural. We believe that the miracles and healings described in the Bible still happen today. Over the years we have seen thousands of healings, many of which are documented by medical expertise.
